I would absolutely recommend Helping Hands to anyone. They did a great job replacing my roof and downspouts. I appreciate the amount of work that they put into helping me with my insurance company and how much they cared about me. They helped with things I'm quite sure other companies wouldn't have cared about. In the end, when my insurance company wouldn't budge, they made sure I was taken care of. Thank you for everything.

They did an excellent job on my roof - both dealing with insurance and with getting a quality roof installed (and fast once insurance finally approved (storm damage)). I'm impressed with (1) how quickly/thoroughly they stayed in touch each step of the way, (2) the level of effort they put into dealing with insurance (being there for the initial insurance inspection, getting another shingle out for insurance when it seemed that insurance lost the one they took to attempt to identify the shingles, etc.), (3) how quickly they came out during the waiting-for-insurance-to-get-back-on-shingle-identification to tarp, (4) how they stand behind their work (materials used and the install), and (5) how quickly they had the whole roof on the schedule and completed. They seem passionate about the customer getting quality results every step of the way. I give it a 10/10 and highly recommend Helping Hands.

Aub and his team did a great job with our new roof install. He made sure we were set for the winter and then installed as soon as possible in the spring for best results. Helping Hands also worked directly with our insurance, which was a huge help!
