Formed on-site, not pieced together
What "seamless" actually means
A seamless gutter is formed on-site, in one continuous piece the length of each run, so there are no joints along the run to work loose and leak over time. Sectional gutters are joined every ten feet or so, and those seams are usually where an older system starts to fail.
We install seamless systems in both 5-inch and 6-inch sizes, matched to the home.
The Helping Hands Roofing Standard in practice
Sized and sloped to actually move water
Gutters are part of the roofing system's water management, not a separate add-on. Undersized or poorly sloped gutters can send water right back toward the fascia, soffit, and foundation the roof is supposed to protect.
Size and slope matter more than most homeowners expect. A 6-inch system carries more water than a standard 5-inch one, which can matter on a roof with large or steep planes, and a gutter that isn't pitched correctly holds water instead of carrying it away. Getting both right is the difference between a gutter that protects the house and one that only looks the part.
Downspouts and drainage
Where the water actually goes
Gutters are only half the system. Downspouts have to carry the water somewhere that protects the house, not just to the base of the wall. On lots where the grading sends water back toward the foundation, Helping Hands Roofing can run underground downspout drainage that moves it well away from the house. It's the kind of detail that doesn't show, and matters most in a heavy Ohio rain.
Gutters hang on the fascia, so a proper gutter job includes checking the fascia and soffit behind them, and pairing a new system with gutter guards can cut down the maintenance that clogs gutters in the first place.
Covered by the Lifetime Workmanship Warranty
Seamless gutter installation is a qualifying installation under the Helping Hands Roofing Lifetime Workmanship Warranty. When a covered problem results from our workmanship, we come back and correct it according to the warranty terms: material and labor for a covered failure at no expense to the homeowner. It's the same standard we'd want on our own family's home, which is the whole idea behind Families Helping Families.

What Gutters Cost in Greater Dayton
Most gutter companies won't give you a number until someone is standing in your driveway. We will, and you can work it out yourself before you ever call.
Grab a tape measure. Add up the runs along your eaves, then the downspouts coming down, and put both numbers in below.
It is an estimate, not a quote. We can't see your house from here. But it is the same arithmetic we'd do standing in front of it, and for most homes it lands close.
Work out your own ballpark
Guards run along the gutters only, never the downspouts.

The full system, hung and finished: seamless gutter formed on site, hangers, downspouts, and stainless steel mesh guard where you want it. It includes the Lifetime Workmanship Warranty.
What can move it
Rotted fascia. Gutters hang on the wood behind them. If that wood is gone, it has to be replaced before anything goes up. You'll see it during the inspection and we'll price it before any work starts. No surprises after the fact.
If it fails, we fix it.
Your gutters and gutter guards carry our Lifetime Workmanship Warranty. If something we installed fails, you call us and we come out and correct it: material and labor, no charge to you.
If a tree limb comes down on it, or someone backs into it, that isn't a workmanship failure and the warranty doesn't cover it. We'll tell you that honestly and quote the repair. See the full warranty terms →
