Schedule a Free Roof Inspection

A thorough, documented look at your roof. What's found gets photographed and explained, whether that means a repair, a replacement, or nothing at all right now.

See our Privacy Policy and Terms.

What our free roof inspection includes

A qualified roof inspector comes out as soon as we can after you call or book. We start on the ground and walk the property to see if you have any storm damage, then we get on the roof. If you are asking about a new roof or a roof repair, we inspect the entire roof. Every finding is photographed and explained in plain words. Most inspections take about 30 minutes. Plan on an hour if you have questions. After a storm, fully documenting a property takes 30 to 45 minutes. It helps if you are home, so we can explain what we found before we leave.

Drone roof inspection when it gives a better view

Most inspections are done on the roof, on foot. We have FAA Part 107 certified drone pilots, so when a drone gives a better view of your roof, we fly it.

Is a free roof inspection really free?

Yes. We do free roof inspections, and there is no obligation to hire us. We come out when you call or book. We inspect before we recommend anything. If the honest answer is "nothing needed right now", that is what you hear. If you need an estimate, we write one after the inspection and send it to you.
