A drone inspection exists to document what's hard or unsafe to document any other way: a steep roof plane, a chimney flashing detail three stories up, the full drainage pattern across a large or complex roof that's impossible to see all at once from a ladder.
It's documentation, not a gimmick: the value is a clearer, more complete photographic record: for the homeowner's own understanding, for an insurance claim, or as part of the before/after evidence on a completed project, not a marketing flourish. Where a roof can be safely walked and inspected by hand, that still happens; the drone adds to that record, it doesn't replace it.
