Helping Hands Roofing, LLC is a roofing and gutter contractor based in Beavercreek, Ohio, serving the Greater Dayton area. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, how we share it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

We collect only what you give us. When you submit the contact form or the free inspection form, we collect:

Your name
Your email address
Your mobile or phone number
The property address for the work you are asking about
The service you are asking about
Any message or details you choose to include
The consent choices you make on the form, along with the date and time you made them

We also collect basic technical information through analytics, described below. We do not buy information about you from anyone, and we do not collect information beyond what you submit.

How we use it

We use the information you give us to:

Respond to your request
Schedule and carry out a free inspection
Communicate with you about an inspection, an appointment, or work we are doing or have done for you
Send you seasonal maintenance reminders, roof, gutter and exterior care tips, and offers, but only if you have asked us to

We keep a record of your consent choices so we can honor them.

How we share it, and how we do not

We do not sell your information. We do not rent, lease, or trade it. We do not buy or sell leads. We do not share your information with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes.

We share information only in these situations:

With people doing the work. A crew or subcontractor may need a service address and a contact number in order to carry out an inspection or a job. They receive only what the work requires.
With service providers that help us operate. This includes the software we use to manage appointments and communications, and the providers that deliver our emails and text messages. They act on our behalf and may not use your information for their own purposes.
Where the law requires it. For example, in response to a valid legal request.

Mobile information and text messaging consent

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be shared with service providers that support services such as customer care or message delivery. SMS opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties for unrelated purposes.

This applies regardless of any other sharing described anywhere in this policy. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from all other data sharing.

Text messages

The forms on this site include two separate text message consent checkboxes. Both are optional, both are unchecked by default, and you can submit the form whether you check one, both, or neither. Agreeing to receive text messages is never a condition of submitting a form, of receiving an inspection, or of doing business with us.

The two checkboxes cover different things:

Non-marketing messages about your inspection, your appointment, and the status of your job.
Marketing messages, meaning seasonal maintenance reminders, roof, gutter and exterior care tips, and occasional offers.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out. Reply HELP for help. Full details are in our Terms.

How we protect it

Access to the information you submit is limited to Helping Hands Roofing and the service providers that help us operate. Our website uses encryption in transit. We keep your information only as long as we need it to serve you and to meet our record keeping obligations, including records of your consent choices.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Analytics

This site may use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand aggregate visitor behavior, such as which pages are viewed and how visitors arrive. Analytics does not identify you personally and is not connected to your text message consent.

Your choices

Text messages. Reply STOP to any message from us to opt out at any time.
Email. Use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email we send.
Everything else. Contact us using the details below and ask us to stop contacting you, to tell you what information we hold about you, or to correct or delete it. We will respond within a reasonable time.

Children

This website is intended for property owners and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes to how we handle text message consent will be reflected here before they take effect.
