How is my roof measured?
From aerial imagery of your address. The tool measures the sloped surface of the roof, not the footprint of the house, and shows the date of the imagery it used. Trees, a recent addition or older imagery can throw it off, which is why you confirm the building first and why the real measurement is taken on site.
Why a range and not a price?
A web page cannot see your roof. The range uses your roof's measured size, a waste allowance for its style, and a flat rate per square. It leaves out pitch, the number of layers, decking repairs and access, which all change the real price. The real number comes from a free inspection on your roof.
Why won't it price a storm or insurance roof?
When a roof is part of an insurance claim, the scope comes from the damage documented on the roof and from your insurer, not from a web page. We inspect the roof, photograph what we find, explain it, and can meet your adjuster on site.
What happens after I send my details?
Your range shows right away, and we follow up to set up a free inspection if you want one. The inspection is free, with no obligation.
