This was an insurance claim, and the homeowners wanted a whole new look for the outside of the house.
What we did
We put fanfold insulation board up over the old siding, then wrapped the walls in house wrap for another layer of protection. Before the new soffit went in, we checked the wood above it.
The finished house has dark blue-gray vinyl siding with copper-colored aluminum trim, custom bent metal and matching seamless gutters. The insurance company approved the job. The work is covered by our Lifetime Workmanship Warranty.
