About this project

Wind damaged this Beavercreek roof in the spring of 2025, and the homeowner filed an insurance claim.

What we found

We put an emergency tarp on the roof and met the insurance adjuster at the house.

What we did

In July 2025 we tore the old roof off and installed Owens Corning Duration shingles in Peppercorn with white metal, and added a cricket at the chimney.
