About this project

Squirrels were climbing up and chewing through the wooden soffit on the front and back of this Bellbrook home.

Why it mattered

The squirrels had chewed holes through the wood soffit at several corners, front and back.

The wood fascia on the sides of the house had no metal covering.

What we did

We replaced the soffit with new vinyl soffit.

We wrapped the fascia and trim in custom bent white metal on the front, back and sides of the house.
