About this project

We had replaced a roof for the homeowner's brother. His own roof was aging, and he wanted a quality roof installed on his home. This was not an insurance claim.

What we did

We delivered the materials and covered the yard and landscaping with tarps before tear-off.

We removed the old roof and replaced the old three-eighths-inch plywood deck with new OSB.

The new roof has two rows of ice and water shield at the eaves, RhinoRoof synthetic underlayment, and Owens Corning Duration architectural shingles.
