The homeowner wanted a new roof. The shingles were weathered, and one area had already been repaired after earlier shingle damage.
What we did
Before tear-off, we covered the yard, landscaping and deck with tarps to catch debris.
We removed the old roof down to the deck and replaced the few deck boards that needed it.
The new roof has ice and water shield at the eaves, synthetic underlayment, Owens Corning Duration shingles and new chimney flashing.
Once the roof was finished, we installed new seamless aluminum gutters.
