What we did

We inspected this Kettering roof in August 2026 and replaced it in October. We tore the old roof off to the deck and built the new roof to the Helping Hands Roofing Standard with Owens Corning Duration shingles in Colonial Slate. We also installed 220 feet of gutter guards on the existing 5-inch gutters.
