What the homeowner was concerned about

A full roof replacement on a two-story house in Fairborn, Ohio, handled as an insurance claim. The original roof was worn through and its pipe boots had split. Helping Hands Roofing stripped it back to the sheathing, ran new underlayment across every plane, fitted new edge metal, set new boots on every penetration, cut the ridge for a continuous ridge vent and installed a new laminate shingle roof with hip and ridge cap. The patio was cleared and tarped, plywood went over the garage door and against the brick, and the material was craned straight from the delivery truck to the roof.
