What the homeowner was concerned about
A full roof replacement on a two-story house in Fairborn, Ohio, handled as an insurance claim. Helping Hands Roofing stripped the existing roof back to the sheathing a plane at a time, ran new underlayment behind the tear-off so no plane stood open, carried it up the sidewalls and down the valleys, fitted new gutter apron at the eaves, cut the ridge for a continuous ridge vent and installed a new laminate shingle roof with hip and ridge cap. Tarps covered the beds and the planting and the debris was cleared off the drive as it came down.
