What the homeowner was concerned about
A full roof replacement on a two-story house in Fairborn, Ohio, handled as an insurance claim. Helping Hands Roofing stripped the existing roof and its old felt back to the sheathing, ran new underlayment across every plane, collared each penetration into it, fitted new edge metal at the eaves and rakes, cut the ridge open for a continuous ridge vent and installed a new laminate shingle roof with hip and ridge cap. Ground tarps and plywood sheeting protected the beds, the brick and the garage door, and the tear-off went straight into a trailer on the drive.
