What the homeowner was concerned about
A full roof replacement on a single-story brick ranch in Xenia, Ohio, handled as an insurance claim and carried out in a single day. Helping Hands Roofing tarped the beds, the drive and the air-conditioning condenser before anything came off the roof, stripped the existing roof, laid new sheathing across the deck, ran RhinoRoof U20 underlayment and installed an Owens Corning Duration shingle roof. The ridge was slotted and a continuous ridge vent run along it before the cap went over, and the ground tarps were rolled up off the lawn at the end of the day. The photographs run from the first tarp at seven in the morning through to the finished ridge at sunset.
