Another roofer tarped this Xenia roof, then left partway through the claim. The insurer covered the replacement, and we installed Owens Corning Duration. Every photograph below is our own.

The roof had storm damage.
The claim
Another roofer had tarped the roof and then left the homeowner partway through the claim. We documented the damage and sent it to the insurance company; the insurer then covered the full roof replacement.
What we did
Before tear-off, we covered the landscaping and property with tarps.
We cleaned the deck and installed ice and water shield at the eaves and in the valleys.
RhinoRoof synthetic underlayment covers the rest of the roof, and the roof is finished in Owens Corning Duration shingles.
