What the homeowner was concerned about
A storm-damaged roof in Kings Mills, Ohio, replaced as a single insurance restoration that ran from the first inspection to the finished roof. An emergency tarp was already covering the damage when Helping Hands Roofing inspected the roof. HHR documented the condition in detail, opened test squares, measured the roof, and worked with the homeowner's carrier while the scope was reviewed. The damaged sections were addressed first. Once the full scope was settled, the roof was taken off completely, down to bare decking on every plane, and rebuilt with ice-and-water membrane, synthetic underlayment and new asphalt shingles. The photographs run the whole length of the claim: the tarped roof at inspection, the documentation the claim was built on, the first phase of work, the full tear-off, the new system going on, and the completed roof from the ground and from the air.
