Free InspectionWhat happened
The homeowner called us about a leak in a valley. The roof was original to the house, a builder-grade roof about 20 years old. Rather than pay for one repair after another on a roof at the end of its life, he chose to replace it. This was a retail job, paid by the homeowner with no insurance claim. With water coming in, he needed it done fast. We had the roof ordered and installed within a week of the inspection.
What we did
We covered the landscaping and driveway with tarps and tore the old roof off down to the deck. The deck was sound, so no wood needed replacing. We built the new roof to the Helping Hands Roofing Standard: two rows of ice and water shield at the eaves and two layers of RhinoRoof synthetic underlayment, overlapped 24 inches. Then came Owens Corning Duration shingles in Driftwood. The roof is covered by our Lifetime Workmanship Warranty.
