About this project

Wind damaged this Beavercreek roof, and the homeowner filed an insurance claim.

What we found

We repaired part of the roof in April 2025. The insurance company then approved replacing the whole roof.

What we did

In May 2025 we tore the old roof off, replaced the damaged decking with new OSB, and installed Owens Corning Duration shingles in Driftwood with brown drip edge and gutter apron.
