About this project

Wind damaged this Beavercreek roof in the spring of 2025.

What we did

In April 2025 we tore the old roof off to the deck and installed Owens Corning Duration shingles in Colonial Slate, with new step flashing, exhaust vents and ridge vent. We also installed 360 feet of 6-inch seamless gutters and downspouts and 255 feet of 6-inch gutter guards.
